Define protocol naming (prefix or not)

Some protocols put their prefix in their protocol name, others do not. The README requires the prefix in interface names, but merely refers to it as a namespace for the protocol name, not explicitly requiring a prefix.

At the current time, the vast majority of wp protocols do not apply the prefix to their protocol name, whereas all xdg and ext protocols do apply their prefix to their protocol name.

It would be nice to have a formalized rule in the README to avoid future confusion.
