rework winsys vtest data transfer mechanism to be more similar to winsys drm

In the current implementation the transfer of data from and to the host via vtest is differently handled than the transfer via drm and it has a few hacks to get the transfer sizes right. In order to improve the usability of vtest as a testing platform its transfer protocol should be reworked to follow the drm approach more closely.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
