move vkr to a subdirectory
I am thinking about creating src/venus/ and moving vkr_* and venus-protocol to the new subdirectory. After that, I will apply a change similar to mesa/mesa!10117 (merged).
The motivation is that vkr_renderer.c is growing to big to my taste. What do you think? I can do it after !572 (merged).
