Phase out autotools support

Maintaining two build systems is tedious and meson should be stable enough. My suggestion would be to make one release 0.8.1 now that deprecates autotools, so that maintainers get a chance to port the packages and report possible bugs, and then with a 0.9.0 release we remove autotools.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
