upower always shows "online: no" for AC adaptor, acpi shows correct state

Hi,

it seems upower does not report the status of my AC adapter correctly, it is always shown as off-line while acpi detects changes correctly:

Adapter 0: on-line

Battery charging state is detected with a delay by upower's polling mechanism, this then also leads to plasma's powerdevil picking up on the change in power but seems unreliable.

upower version is 0.99.20 from Debian testing with Debian kernel 6.1.20-2. The device is a Microsoft surface Go 3.
