Disables performance mode beacuse of high temperature although temperature is normal

When system boots up in gnome settings it says "Performance mode is temporarily disabled because of high temperatures" although the temperatures are normal. When I restart the service from systemd, it works again but I don't want to restart the service each time I boot up
