	ever

	* dbus/dbus-marshal-validate.c (_dbus_validate_path): disallow any
	"invalid name character" not only non-ASCII

	* doc/dbus-specification.xml: further update spec, message bus
	parts are still out-of-date but the marshaling etc. stuff is now
	accurate-ish
