[next] Remove obsolete parts of Chan.I.DTMF1

In Call1, everything except InitialTones has moved to the audio Content.

Also rewrite the introduction to explain its reduced scope.

In the 'next' branch we're breaking API anyway, so we can do this sort of thing.
