Tp-salut make distcheck does not build out-of-tree

Description
While making changes to the buildbot, I found Tp-salut does not build make distcheck when out-of-tree
the problem lies in autogenerated code in extensions. The extensions.h file points to those _gen headers, but the path is only valid when built in-tree.
