startup sync: existing MT calls have incorrect InitiatorHandle

Description

STEPS:

• establish a MT/received call before telepathy-ring is running (only ofonod)
• start telepathy-ring

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

• Channel.InitiatorHandle incorrectly set for the MT/received calls (to Connection.SelfHandle)
