tp-qt4: Design and implement API for easily being a DBusTube Handler

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #35084 +++
If we aim for a really clean API, there should be a separate easy DBusTube handler from the StreamTube handler.
Of course, we need to actually finish the DBusTubeChannel high-level API first.
