Description

http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Channel.Interface.ChatState.html#org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Channel.Interface.ChatState.ChatStateChanged is defined to be "emitted when the state of a member of the channel has changed. This includes local state."

Haze does not respect the second sentence.
