[gg] invoke prpl actions to sync buddy list until libpurple is fixed

Description
Currently, prpl-gg does not automatically sync the buddy list with the server; you have to do this manually. Haze should probably manually call the relevant prpl actions until (if ever) prpl-gg is fixed.
