Special-case chat.facebook.com and disable statuses other than "available" and "away"

Description
chat.facebook.com doesn't support being busy or chatty, only available or away. See https://developers.facebook.com/docs/chat/ and https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=636404
If Gabble had a special-case which disabled the unsupported services when connected to Facebook, then MC would fall back from Busy to Away and all would be sweetness and light.
