Configure ad-hoc MUCs sensibly

Description
When Gabble creates an ad-hoc MUC using the Conference interface, it should configure it to be invitation-only and to allow all occupants to see other occupants' JIDs.
At present, it does neither, and most servers default to rooms being open to all, and semi-anonymous.
