Could be smarter when picking the resource to use when initiating a file transfer

Description
If I'm chating to alice@jabber.org/Empathy and try to send her a file, I certainly want to send it to this resource and not alice@jabber.org/N900. The same is probably true to tubes as well but maybe not audio/video calls.
