Retry setting vCard if it fails temporarily

Description
I've noticed that Google Talk's server sometimes naks our vCard sets, with an error (I forget which) of type "wait". I guess their cloud is too insubstantial to process our request? We should wait a while and try again.
(There are many other places that we should be more error-tolerant, but this one came to mind.)
