Should implement Protocol.Interface.Avatars

I think it's just a matter of:

• implement TpBaseProtocolClass->get_avatar_details
• update TpBaseProtocolClass->get_interfaces
• update the manager file

We should probably dump to dep to either tp-glib 0.14.4 or 0.15.0 (not yet released) in order to have this fix: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/telepathy/telepathy-glib/commit/?id=abfc9014b493106bc76520faf9d54e5c9869e197
