Tango should provide a RSS feed icon

There was a recent consensus about a common rss icon for browsers like IE and firefox. More browsers are going to use it.

Independently of this, it would be great to have some icon representing an RSS feed.

Could the tango project come up with a RSS icon, preferably respecting the consensus [1] ? (Maybe the palette needs tango color tweaking ?)
