color: elaborate on luminance

Pekka Paalanen requested to merge pq/wayland-protocols:mr/flare into color

I think these should match @swick's idea better:

  • 'set_luminances' request is intended to reflect the viewing conditions, not only the display emission levels. Mention explicitly that it includes display light leak and ambient flare, as these cannot be avoided while viewing.
  • Modify st2084_pq minimum luminance again, and require 10k cd/m² swing.

This stemmed from the discussion in !99 (merged). Maybe after this there are better grounds for finding the default luminance values for BT.1886.
