Dameware Mini Remote Control Mirror driver causes loss of mouse input and autoresize on windows 10 guests

This is the same as issue #8 (closed) from a year ago or so, where the Citrix software installed virtual displays of some kind and caused vdservice on windows 10 guests to not find the QXL display. Dameware Mini Remote Control mirror driver installed as part of the agent does the same thing. Uninstalling the agent from the guest does not fix it, one must manually remove the mirror driver's device node from the device manager. Please see the attached logs.
