Out of date link on spice-space.org

The page https://www.spice-space.org/download.html links to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/spice/spice-nsis/ which is an out of date link. Clicking on that will redirect to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/spice/win32/spice-nsis/ and then that page has a notice at the top requesting that links be updated.
