RFE: improve the file transfer dialog when too many file fail to transfer

Created attachment 129946 failed tranfer error dialog

Description: when too many files are failed when transferring, the error dialog may display a long file list. It's better to add a detailed-like button, and after clicking the button, the detailed content can display, and there is a scroll bar around the text contend area. this will not make the dialog too large.
And there are many same file names are listed. May filter the same files. Can see the attachment screenshot for this.
