remote-viewer displays blank screen with the word "session" in the middle when X starts.

Qemu CLI:
qemu-system-x86_64 --enable-kvm -cpu host -m 2G -device qxl-vga -vga none -display spice-app
-drive file=Test.raw,media=disk,format=raw,cache=none,aio=native
As you can see from the attached video, the guest boot screen is displayed correctly in text mode. The display should change size and display the graphical login screen instead it stays the same size and becomes blank with the word "session" in the middle.

More information:
- This setup was working for more than 10 months and developed this problem after software update.
- If I change the "display" in qemu CLI from "spice-app" to "gtk", the setup works perfectly.
- In all cases, there are no errors in the guest log.
