Allow us to pin an output like Chrome and Firefox

Hi, it would be great if we could pin outputs like Chrome and Firefox.

Currently in both browsers, if you play audio a new output will appear and then quickly vanish after it stops playing. Ideally, a way to grab them and pin them so we can pipe the output somewhere else and make it stick would be really great for so many uses.

Would this be possible? 😄

Maybe a way to actually create the sink in the app and hook it up?
