Combine input/output side of midi bridge nodes into one element

(This is a continuation of the discussion in Issue #70 (closed))

In my current patchbay, the midi bridges show up like this:

For clarity, I wish they would be combined each pair into a single element much like with other nodes, where input and outputs share the same element (with connectors on the left and right).
