Gnome Settings / users (42) : can no longer see parental control option or entreprise login info when managing or creating standard users

Hi there, In gnome settings/users I can no longer manage parental controls right or entreprise login (see screencasts of my issue bellow).
Either when I need to update parental control info for my kids (standard user) account
(In this cases the line below administrator should be Parental controls)
or when I want to create a new account. Thanks for your help
