module-role-cork: corking groups

Antoine Girard Vallée requested to merge antoinegirardvallee/pulseaudio:feature/cork-groups into master

The ducking groups of module-role-ducking are ported, with the same syntax.

Overlapping layers of corking rules can be applied. For example, the following parameters:

"trigger_roles=system/notification cork_roles=notification,media/media"

will make "notification" cork "media", with "system" corking these two roles.
