alsa-mixer: add support for LucidSound LS31

I have moved the steelseries-arctis-7 paths and profile set to a generic usb-gaming-headset profile, and pointed all the arctis 7 and new LucidSound device id's to that profile-set.

I have both the LucidSound LS31 and the Steelseries Arctis 7. I have tested that these both work after the change set.

Merging the arctis 5 into using the usb-gaming-headset profile-set should also be considered, but unfortunately I don't have that headset to test with.

This fixes issue #710 (closed).
