Cannot switch HSP/HFP with Bluetooth headset

Summary

I connect to my Ubuntu 20.04 with JBL Reflect Flow and I can only use in A2DP Sink mode which is not able to use microphone.

Steps to reproduce

Connect with a Bluetooth headset and try to use microphone.

What is the current bug behavior?

Cannot switch HSP/HFP mode

What is the expected correct behavior?

HSP/HFP mode available.
