parec: Failed to open audio file

Hi and thanks a lot for PulseAudio!

Trying to capture sound from my sound card on Arch Linux, this works fine:

parec --device=alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo.monitor --file-format=wav new_recording.wav

Yet when trying to record the same as an .ogg file using

parec --device=alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo.monitor --file-format=oga new_recording.ogg

I get this error

Failed to open audio file

Am I missing some dependency?

pacat 13.0
