Pulseaudio 13 has removed all previously valid duplex profiles from my soundcard
Summary
A previously existing and working card profile is no longer available with pulseaudio 13.
Attached is the pa-info from pulseaudio 13, as well as a simulacrum from pulseaudio 12. The card (Card #0) is an SB Audigy 1550 model. On pulseaudio 12 and earlier it has a 7.1 output concurrent with analog mono input. This is great for my needs as a streamer. Onboard audio has the AMD crackling problem and is not useable.

Attached is pa-info output from 13. Also attached is a "sortof" pa-info for my pulseaudio 12 setup, where things are working well.
Steps to reproduce
Install pulseaudio 13. Notice the lack of any input+output profile for this card. (Card 0 in the pactl list). I've also attached the working "simulacrum" of pa-info for my pulseaudio 12 setup, which is working perfectly. Note how the card profile on 12 is "Active Profile: output:analog-surround-71+input:analog-mono" - an apparently impossible setup in 13.
What is the current bug behavior?
I see a bunch of output only profiles and a bunch of input only profiles. I do not see any duplex profiles at all.
What is the expected correct behavior?
I should see at least one (and probably several) duplex profiles, as I did with pulseaudio 12.
