Unable to go over 100% with the bluetooth absolute volume feature

Going over 100% is a very handy feature of pulseaudio. I am also using some bluetooth earphones that aren't as loud and going over 100% is usually necessary to get them to a high enough volume.

Is it possible to use the absolute volume feature to control any volume below 100% and still allow going over 100% the same way it was possible before pulseaudio version 15?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
