Client-side window decorations (headerbar) for pavucontrol

pavucontrol currently wastes precious vertical space showing a titlebar that just says "Volume Control". I think it would look nicer if this was replaced by a headerbar with no visible title, and the notebook (tabs) replaced by a https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkStackSwitcher.html

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
