Request: adjustable update rate for VU meters in pavucontrol

It would be great to be able to reduce the screen update rates of the VU meters, as they take quite a bit of CPU time.

Either as a commandline option, or a configuration option.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
