The new files match those generated by libwayland as of commit
6741dafbf7a50e8a3f3b7667b4fecbf7c55f21ff.

In addition to content updates, note that some of the anchors for
subtitles have changed; for example, in Appendix A,
"Events provided by wl_shell_surface", the new anchor is #id-1.9.15.6
where it previously was #idm140152829324640 .

Where this job is triggered by a multi-pipeline (see libinput commit
52a486c1754e78592fc42e2be6b3d6ad23fb619b), we inerit the variables of the
other pipeline - including MESON_BUILDDIR.

In libinput MESON_BUILDDIR is a directory with a space component ('build
dir'), so we must ensure we escape correctly here.

Since this FAQ was last updated, there has been work done to develop
remote desktop solutions. This change mentions several of them. I was
unable to find clear documentation for remoting under Wayland with
KWin.

archlinux's libffi is out of date on the base image and it eventually
fails in meson with
 ImportError: libffi.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The base image ships libffi.so.6, running a sysupgrade fixes this. Full

Had abbreviated the name of the month in a few places out of habit. Fix
that.

Also fix a typo in the previous release: it was the alpha release, not
the beta one.
