Non-free data

It has been pointed out over at the Guix mailing lists, that this repository contains PDFs of questionable origin[1], possibly violating the license terms of these PDFs[2], and if made part of a software distribution the GNU FSDG[3,4]. Would it be possible to replace PDFs, which aren't clearly licensed under a free license such as the GNU GPL, the GNU FDL, CC BY, CC BY-SA, etc. by ones that are (and add appropriate licensing information for those that aren't covered under the GPL2+)?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
