fix a crash when removing the annotation added from mac

crash.pdf. About 10% of the annotations added from Mac are problematic.Removing the call of dictLookup in invalidateAppearance to avoid the crash,and this code is not necessary.This may be the same bug as issues #278 (closed). Attached is a document with annotations added from Mac.
