okular cant properly display pdf

I receive weekly PDF reports from TD Ameritrade but the text is always either mangled or missing or both. See attached pdf Check the second table in the pdf weekly-summary.pdf please see this for more info: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403627
