Add poppler_document_new_from_bytes
A GBytes is an immutable, refcounted array of bytes. poppler-glib should provide an API to create a PopplerDocument from it. This would be similar to poppler_document_new_from_data() (which has a bug in that it uses int instead of gsize for the data length).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
