Compilation fails with Meson 0.60.0

Positional parameters to i18n.merge_file aren't allowed by Meson 0.60.0. Previously, they were silently ignored.

0.60.1 is going to produce a deprecation warning instead of a fatal error, but 0.61.0 will make this a fatal error again.

Fixed by !99 (merged).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
