0.120 release: meson build system does not install files with SUID bit set like autotools do

This has been reported downstream at https://bugs.gentoo.org/816393

After switching from autotools build system to meson build system, the files

/usr/bin/pkexec
/usr/lib/polkit-1/polkit-agent-helper-1

no longer have the SUID bit set. I wonder if this is intentional or simply an oversight.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
