Three dots in 1 of 10 boots
Hi,
I'm using raspbian with Linux kernel 4.14.71 and the default pix plymouth theme. I've replaced the default splash screen with my own image and mostly this works very well. But sometimes (about 1 of 10 boot ups) I see only a grey background and three white dots and not my splash image.
If I see the three dots and press F3, the screen changes to console view and if I press the F3 key again not the three dots come back but my splash screen.
disable_splash is set to 0 in /boot/config.txt and content of '/boot/cmdline.txt' is:
- dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 console=serial0,115200 console=tty1 root=PARTUUID=bbb2cd1e-02 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait splash
Do you have an idea what could cause the three dots and how I could solve this issue?
