Draft: plymouth-populate-initrd: Always install the monospace font and its bold variant

The bold variant can be in a different font file. Install the default monospace font if no MonospaceFont is configured by the theme.

I marked it as a draft, because haven't tested, but I use a similar logic with mkinitcpio on Arch Linux.

Should fix the problem mentioned here: #233 (comment 2620223)
