Spinner bgrt theme update

This merge-req makes the password dialog of the spinner and bgrt theme look similar to the gnome-shell session unlock dialog when using the Adwaita:dark theme, matching the mockups from this GNOME design page: https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/OS/BootProgress

This merge-req is an improved version of !19 (closed) and replaces it.
