Use fallback image if BGRT is not supported

My knowledge is that only x86 devices provide the BGRT logo via their firmware.

With the fast development of ARM devices it would be helpful if a fallback image could be displayed if BGRT is not supported by the firmware of the device.

This is my first contribution to the Freedesktop project. Therefore I am open for feedback :)
