Virtual Keyboard for any text input

Hello Plymouth devs,

I would like to suggest a great new feature to be added to Plymouth, which is adding a virtual keyboard to be popped up for use with touch screen devices. For example, Ubuntu and Fedora both use Plymouth to type the LUKS encryption password, but it would be useless for touch screen devices without a virtual touch keyboard to be used with ask-for-password at the beginning when typing the password.
