sudo udevadm trigger breaks wireplumber (Installing and removing snap packages in Fedora 35 temporarily breaks wireplumber, forcing me to kill and restart it)

When installing and removing snap packages in Fedora 35 KDE, my audio stops working and I have to kill and restart the wireplumber process.
