monitors/alsa.lua contains unlocalized, UI visible strings

The strings "Built-in Audio" and "Modem" appearing in alsa.lua are not localized. They go into node.description, which appears as-is in user interfaces, e.g. GNOME Settings. There may be also other unlocalized strings elsewhere, didn't check...

There probably should be some i18n system set up here, given that some strings in Wireplumber are user-visible.
