alsa-profiles: Add NI Komplete Audio 6 profile set

This adds some useful channel mappings for the “Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6” multichannel USB audio interface.

The card has 3 pairs of stereo in- and outputs. With the default mappings, the device is set-up with an 5.1 surround output, which doesn't make sense. I've added two profiles with mono inputs (1 & 2) to enable use with a single Microphone connected (e.G. voice chat). Channels are named (1/2, 3/4, ...) as printed on the device. Could not test channel mapping for 5/6 as I do not have any S/PDIF devices.
